Engineering/Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead Full Stack Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise and AI-powered applications. This role is ideal for a strong full-stack engineer who has evolved into a technical leadership position and can effectively balance architecture, coding, team leadership, and delivery ownership.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Node.js and React.js, strong system design capabilities, and experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced product environments. This role requires a strong ownership mindset, technical decision-making ability, and the capability to mentor and scale a team of 810 engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering Leadership & Technical Ownership :

- Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and enterprise platforms.

- Drive technical standards, engineering best practices, sprint planning, estimations, and delivery execution.

- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of systems.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders for successful project delivery.

- Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.

Full Stack Development :

- Design and develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.

- Build scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices architectures.

- Lead frontend architecture and responsive UI development.

- Participate in hands-on coding, debugging, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.

AI & Platform Engineering :

- Support backend and platform engineering initiatives for AI-powered applications.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams on integrations, deployment readiness, and scalable execution.

- Contribute to intelligent workflow automation and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

Build, Release & Production Operations :

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release deployments, and production rollout processes.

- Lead incident management, RCA, troubleshooting, and platform stability improvements.

- Support environment management, maintenance, and operational reliability.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Coordination :

- Work closely with DevOps teams managing AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, and MongoDB Atlas

environments.

- Support infrastructure scalability, monitoring, deployment governance, and cloud best

practices.

- Ensure secure and reliable deployment processes.

Engineering Process & Tools Governance :

- Manage engineering workflows and tools including GitHub, Jira, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.

- Drive engineering governance, release management, sprint processes, and code quality standards.

- Promote operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Team Building & Organizational Support :

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture guidance.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and team capability development.

- Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Support compliance and governance initiatives including VA/PT and ISMS activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 7+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack expertise.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams of 810 developers in product or enterprise environments.

- Strong hands-on expertise in : Node.js, React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture

- Strong understanding of system design, scalable architecture, and distributed systems.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and sprint-based execution.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, release management, and cloud deployments.

- Experience with cloud platforms and services including AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, and MongoDB Atlas.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, mentoring, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on AI-enabled or platform engineering projects.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation.

- Familiarity with security best practices, compliance processes, VA/PT, and ISMS frameworks.

- Experience in enterprise SaaS or scalable product engineering environments.
