Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring smooth execution of development projects.

- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture to deployment.

- Work closely with the founding and product teams to align technology goals with business objectives.

- Guide the team in problem-solving, coding best practices, and performance optimization.

- Review and improve system design, code quality, and development workflows.

- Provide technical direction and contribute actively to backend development using Node.js and/or Golang.

- Collaborate across teams to ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualification :

- 7 -10 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Golang; experience with Django is a plus.

- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.

- Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior startup experience is highly desirable.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in an agile environment.
