Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Engineering Manager Telecom Domain to lead our engineering team in Ahmedabad.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge telecom solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional performance.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our network infrastructure, ultimately enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of telecom engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, to achieve high performance and professional growth.

- Oversee the design and implementation of network architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security, to support current and future business needs.

- Manage projects related to network upgrades, expansions, and new technology deployments, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical specifications, to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows, to improve overall engineering efficiency.

- Monitor network performance and identify areas for optimization, implementing solutions to improve network efficiency and reduce operational costs, to enhance network performance and profitability.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware and software, to optimize resource allocation and minimize expenses.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Proven expertise in network architecture design and implementation, with a deep understanding of telecom protocols and technologies (UMTS, LTE, 5G, 4G, 3G).

- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- In-depth knowledge of dialer systems and their integration with telecom networks.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
