Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of software engineers; drive both strategic vision and tactical execution.

- Mentor and coach engineers to grow in both their current roles and long-term careers.

- Collaborate with product, business, and leadership teams to align technical priorities with business goals.

- Continuously evolve engineering processes, ensuring best practices in software development, estimation, and planning.

- Work hands-on with engineers to write, review, and troubleshoot code.

- Manage the delivery and operations of high-performance, scalable services.

- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, including building distributed systems and microservices.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.

- Experience in designing and scaling consumer-facing platforms with high traffic and complexity.

- Proven track record of making impactful technical and architectural decisions.

- Strong programming proficiency in one or more languages : Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, C++.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.

- Expertise in building secure, configurable, and observable backend services.

- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to mentor engineers across experience levels and collaborate cross-functionally with product and business teams.
