About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong product development mindset to lead the design, development, and evolution of our SaaS platform. This role is central to shaping our AI-driven recommendation agents, working closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in the procurement space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the design, development, and delivery of SaaS products with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Play a critical role in defining and enhancing our AI Agent vision, particularly around special recommendations and intelligent automation.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Design, and Business teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, architecture standards, and development processes.

- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience working with procurement technology SaaS companies or similar enterprise platforms.

- Exposure to AI/ML systems within spend management, sourcing, or procurement workflows.
