Description :

- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Uphold and enforce architectural guidelines and best practices to ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Oversee and maintain the Architecture Review Board (ARB), ensuring design decisions align with business and technical goals.

- Ensure best practices in coding, code reviews, and maintain high-quality software standards.

- Define and enforce effective branching strategies for codebase management in version control systems.

- Manage software release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployments.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to drive alignment on technical requirements and product goals.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.

- Strong experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python, Django among others.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and software release processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.

- Experience in data and AI applications is a plus
