Title : Engineering Manager

Location : Thane, Mumbai

Exp : 7-12 years of experience

Reporting to : CTO

Education Preference :

Bachelor's degree in engineering- Preferred from tier 1-2 college

Team Size : 30 people reporting to EM

Responsibilities/ skills :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Provide technical leadership and direction, particularly in Node.js, to ensure best practices are followed in the development of scalable and efficient applications.

- Collaborate on the design and architecture of software systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.

Must haves :

- Strong experience of at least 4+ years with Node.js and related technologies (e.g., Express.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs).

- Should have experience of team management.

- Should have experience working in agile project management environment (like DORA, Engineering Matrix)

- Experience working in a financial product is required.

No. of Working Days : 5 Days a week / WFO

Target Industries/Companies :

Both product based and consulting background will work, given they have worked in wealth product or fintech products

Relocation Support : Local candidates are preferred
