We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager .NET to lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for building scalable, distributed applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, engineering excellence, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering enterprise-grade .NET applications.

- Drive architecture, design, and development of scalable distributed systems and microservices.

- Define engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality processes.

- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Review system architecture and provide technical guidance on complex design decisions.

- Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, project execution, and risk management.

- Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers on design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

- Support recruitment, performance management, and career development of engineering teams.

Required Skills:

- 10-15 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Leadership role.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and distributed systems.

- Experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native application development.

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Experience working with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

- Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and Agile delivery experience.

Education (Mandatory):

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
