Engineering Manager - .Net/AngularJS

About the Role :

We are seeking an Engineering Manager with the soul of a builder and the heart of a mentor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments and who can balance hands-on technical expertise with team leadership.

What You'll Do :

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software products.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Set team direction, clear blockers, and instill ownership and accountability.

- Stay close enough to the code to guide, review, and enforce engineering best practices.

- Drive sprint planning, technical reviews, and architectural decision-making.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For :

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in people leadership roles.

- Strong full stack expertise with backend in .NET Core, microservices, and frontend in Angular or React.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and AI coding tools like Copilot.

- Strong experience in architectural planning, code reviews, and mentorship.

- Previous experience in product companies or fast-scaling environments is a strong advantage
