What You'll Do

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of our engineering operations.

Your key responsibilities will include :

- Leading and managing multiple engineering projects, from conception to successful deployment.

- Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Coordinating extensively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Developing and executing detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Ensuring all engineering activities adhere to technical standards, best practices, and project timelines.

- Actively engaging in the product development lifecycle, contributing to strategic decisions and technical roadmaps.

- Leading initiatives to optimize engineering practices, processes, and methodologies for efficiency and quality.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical challenges, providing guidance and solutions to your team.

- Exceptional ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional engineering teams.

- A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills :

While specific tech stack can vary, strong candidates will typically possess experience with:

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one major programming language like Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript (Node.js).

- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- System Design: Understanding of scalable system architecture, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

- Databases: Familiarity with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- DevOps/CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and

containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Version Control: Strong command of Git.
