Are you a hands-on technical leader who can scale web platforms, mentor engineers, and build modern UI architecture? Were hiring an Engineering Manager with full stack expertise to lead cross-functional teams and own product delivery end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Guide architecture and roadmap for full-stack applications.

- Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers (internal & third-party).

- Work with technologies like VueJS, Symfony UX / Laravel Livewire, REST APIs, and MySQL.

- Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams on scalable, accessible UIs.

- Contribute technically while mentoring others and improving delivery pipelines.

- Ensure high-quality releases through agile processes, reviews, and roadmapping.

Ideal Candidate Has :

- 7+ years as a full stack or web engineer.

- 3+ years in an engineering leadership or managerial role.

- Experience with server-driven UIs (Symfony UX, Laravel Livewire).

- Solid API, database, and architecture understanding.

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Figma, and Agile tools (JIRA, etc.

- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
