We are seeking a highly skilled SDE-3 / Engineering Manager to lead and build high-performing engineering teams delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent B2B SaaS products.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on technologist who enjoys coding as much as mentoring. You will drive architecture, best engineering practices, and high-quality releases in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Role : SDE 3 / Engineering Manager

Experience Required : 4 to 7 Years

Working Days : 5 Days/Week

Location : Gurugram, Haryana (WFO 5 Days)

Compensation : Upto INR 50 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers across frontend, backend, and integration teams.

- Own and drive architectural design, technical reviews, and system scalability.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps for on-time and high-quality feature releases.

- Define and implement best practices for Agile development, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.

- Build reusable frameworks and components for low-code development and AI-driven workflows.

- Continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and team culture.

- Drive hiring efforts and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and technical leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science from a Tier-1 engineering institute.

- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Minimum 1 year of mentoring, team leadership, or engineering management experience.

- Strong expertise in backend development using : Java / Node.js / Go / Python

- Strong understanding and practical experience with frontend frameworks such as : React / Angular / Vue

- Deep knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
