Engineering Manager - Full Stack Development

Description :

We are looking for a strong Engineering Leader from a deep-tech product background with 12 to 18 years of experience in architecting and building scalable B2B SaaS platforms. The candidate should have a balanced mix of hands-on technical expertise and engineering team management experience.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with successful Series B / Series C product companies and should have contributed significantly in scaling high-performance engineering organizations. Candidates from pure services organizations are not preferred.

Key responsibilities include driving architecture, solutioning, scalability, reliability, and engineering execution for large-scale distributed systems.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL

- DevOps & Cloud : Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, AWS, GCP

- Distributed Systems : Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ

- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and API design

- Experience delivering high-scale, high-performance production systems

- Expertise in distributed architecture, observability, and performance tuning

- Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
