Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager - Full Stack to lead and scale our engineering team at Kadel Labs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies along with proven experience in team management, delivery ownership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers

- Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions

- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Define technical architecture, design patterns, and best practices

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards

- Manage sprint planning, estimations, and execution (Agile/Scrum)

- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution

- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team development

- Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development

- Expertise in front-end technologies : React / Angular / Vue.js

- Expertise in back-end technologies : Java / Node.js / Python (any one or more)

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design

- Strong knowledge of databases : SQL & NoSQL

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in scaling engineering teams

- Exposure to SaaS/product-based environments

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment
