About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead product development, QA, and documentation teams in our Bangalore office. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Product Development, QA, and Documentation teams.

- Drive engineering product releases, patches, and sprint iterations.

- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to engineering teams.

- Define and manage quarterly goals, budgets, incentive programs, and team-building activities.

- Collaborate with Product Management to shape the product roadmap.

- Partner with Services teams to align expectations on enhancements and delivery.

- Establish and optimize tools, processes, and Agile practices across engineering.

- Hire, manage, and grow engineering talent.

- Deliver artifacts including design, test plans, and documentation plans.

- Conduct performance reviews and improvement plans for team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile

812 years of experience in enterprise/B2B SaaS product development, with at least 3 years in an Engineering Manager role.

- Proven track record of growing from enterprise product developer to manager.

- Experience in small/startup environments with end-to-end ownership.

- Strong grasp of AI technologies including AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI, with ability to leverage them for product innovation.

Hands-on expertise in :

- Open Source based Enterprise Software

- Java, AngularJS, ReactJS, Python

- NoSQL databases, Elastic, Kubernetes

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Delivered multiple releases using Agile methodologies; capable of playing Scrum Master role.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in CS/IT Engineering or related fields.

Desired Plus Points :

- Experience delivering Big-Data solutions or Enterprise Security Software.

- Authored patents or demonstrated thought leadership in technology.
