Role Summary.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Engineering Manager with a solid foundation in full-stack development to lead our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure engineering excellence.

This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Provide architectural guidance and hands-on contributions to full-stack projects.

- Drive adoption of modern frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, Go) frameworks.

- Ensure efficient API design, scalable architecture, and optimized database performance.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure timely releases.

- Implement engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in full-stack development and bring innovations to the team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6-10 years of professional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in full-stack development.

- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, or Go).

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps tools.

- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Prior experience in scaling products for high traffic and large datasets.
