Engineering Manager - Delivery Management

The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Mutiple technology projects and solutions. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning delivery with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to drive project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Product Delivery & Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical Product, ensuring scope, timeline.
- Define delivery plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding practices, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for US Delivery lead
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Communicate product status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.

Team Coordination
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and PO.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
- Team Performance metrics defination and tracking.

Process Improvement
- Use Perofrmance Metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Implement best practices in software development and product management.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
- 8+ years in a technical leadership or delivery management role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC),Continuous Delivery, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS.
- Experience in .Net, Python, Php, Snowflake and AI
- GIT, Agile Methodology, Delivery Management, .Net, SQL,
- Snowflake, Python, Php, AWS, Devops, Prompt Engineer
- Insurance domain Knowledge
