Role Overview :

As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team building scalable C++/Unix systems and ensure successful collaboration across global development teams.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and grow a strong backend engineering team.

- Deliver performant, reliable, and secure solutions.

- Ensure adherence to development best practices and architecture.

- Coordinate with global peers on project planning and delivery.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of C++ development with at least 3 years in leadership

- Solid experience in multithreading and Linux-based systems

- Strong debugging, testing, and CI/CD background

- Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of networking protocols or distributed systems;

- Exposure to C++20, Boost, STL, or other modern C++ libraries;

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools;

- Familiarity with Java (Spring Boot) and Redis.
