We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager with strong expertise in C++ and system-level programming.

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high performance software solutions in a fast-paced product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and reliable software solutions using modern C++.

- Provide technical guidance on system-level programming, including memory management, collections, and multithreading.

- Oversee architecture discussions, code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

- Optimize application performance with a strong focus on efficient memory usage and concurrency handling.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

- Own the full engineering lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Stay updated with emerging C++ standards, frameworks, and tools, and drive adoption of modern engineering practices.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), design principles, and system architecture.

- Strong expertise in Multithreading, synchronization techniques, and concurrency control.

- In-depth knowledge of Data Structures, Collections, and Memory Management (heap, stack, pointers, memory leaks).

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
