Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving product engineering projects and programs for global enterprise customers. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own product engineering delivery for multiple SaaS projects

- Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams

- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage roadmaps and deliverables

- Plan and track project budgets and performance

- Implement engineering best practices (architecture, testing, DevOps, code quality, etc.)

- Support hiring and talent development

- Ensure accurate project estimates and resource planning

- Champion agile practices and continuous improvement

Requirements :

- BE/MS in Computer Science or related field

- 10 - 12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product development

- Strong hands-on background in Java, with exposure to Python, Node.js, or JavaScript

- Experience working with global customers, especially from North America or the EU

- Proven leadership in delivering at least 2 large and 2 mid-size complex programs

- Strong Agile project management and stakeholder communication skills

- Experience in engineering metrics, performance reporting, and decision-making

- High ownership, self-driven, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
