- Lead and manage a team of backend and mobile (iOS/Android) engineers.

- Drive the end-to-end development and delivery of high-quality, scalable applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical execution.

- Define and maintain engineering best practices, code quality, and system reliability.

- Partner with leadership to define technology strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap.

- Ensure the team delivers with strong velocity while maintaining a high technical bar.

- Build and mentor a strong team focusing on growth, performance, and ownership.

- Drive infrastructure and backend architecture decisions to ensure scalability and security.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of total engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role.

- Strong experience in designing and scaling backend systems (e. g., Node.js, Go, Java, Python, or similar).

- Proven experience in leading mobile app development teams (iOS/Android/React Native/Flutter).

- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and system design.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for ownership and delivery.

- Experience working in fast-paced, product-first environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
