- Foster open communication within the engineering team and across departments.

- Collaborate with other teams, such as product management and quality assurance, to achieve common goals.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and technical initiatives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.

- Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and AWS services.

- Experience with React is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
