Role Description :

The Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for leading software engineering teams building AI-powered and data-driven solutions.

The role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating with product, design, and data teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable software that aligns with client requirements and company standards.

Daily activities include planning and prioritizing work, conducting technical reviews, mentoring engineers, removing blockers, and driving best practices in architecture, coding, testing, integration, and deployment.

The Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, manage timelines and risks, and continuously improve processes and team performance.

The role also includes contributing to technical strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, and supporting talent development and hiring.

Qualifications :

- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, including experience guiding multi-disciplinary development teams.

- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in modern languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns relevant to web, mobile, and AI-driven systems.

- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication in agile environments.

- Candidates should possess Integration skills, with experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and data workflows across cloud and on-premise systems.

- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and experience in AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.

- Additional beneficial skills include strong communication and collaboration abilities, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD, and a track record of delivering complex software products at scale.
