Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager who can lead our development team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to design architecture and guide teams toward innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

- Design and implement scalable product architectures using Golang or Java with React.

- Drive product design discussions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

- Architect and optimize databases in MySQL and Redis.

- Manage and optimize AWS server infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.

- Ensure seamless integration of UX principles in product design for a great user experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
Maintain strong communication with the team and management, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Requirements :

- 6 - 9 years of experience in software development, including leadership/managerial roles.

- Strong expertise in Golang or Java and React.

- Hands-on experience in architecture design and scalable system design.

- Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL and Redis database design.

- Experience in product design and understanding of UX principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
