Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

- Technical Direction : Provide hands-on technical leadership in Node.js and related frameworks to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.

- Architecture & Design : Collaborate in designing robust system architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Agile Practices : Ensure development practices follow agile methodologies (DORA, Engineering Metrics) for efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Industry Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and financial domain advancements to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements :

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and related technologies (Express.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs).

- Proven team management experience with the ability to mentor and guide engineers.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with engineering metrics (DORA, Engineering Matrix).

- Experience in building and scaling financial products (mandatory).

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
