Role : Email Security Specialist
How Youll Make An Impact :
- Monitor email traffic and analyze trends to identify potential security risks.
- Develop and implement policies and rules to enhance email security and compliance.
- Implement and manage DNS authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC using tools like Proofpoint EFD and Valimail to secure email communications.
- Regularly audit and update DNS records to ensure compliance and prevent email spoofing.
- Collaborate with IT and domain administrators to configure and verify DNS settings.
- Monitor and analyze email DLP incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure DLP policies align with business needs and regulatory
requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding and implementing email security best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of email security tools and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, filtering, and security.
What Were Looking For :
- Bachelor's Degree College degree or equivalent required.

- 6 years Advanced information security knowledge in one or more areas to include : Enterprise end-point security products (i.e. including Proofpoint, Mimecast, Email DLP, O365, and G Suite.) Security Information and Event Manager (SIEM)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Linux or Windows systems administration.
- Able to work in a fast paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
- The role demands the availability for US working hours (5PM (IST) to 2AM (IST)).
- This role is Work From Office role.
