- End User Device Lifecycle Management (Procurement, Imaging, Deployment & Refresh)

- Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM & MDM/UEM Administration

- ITSM, Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL)

- Patch & Vulnerability Management

- Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR, DLP, Antivirus)

- Asset & Inventory Management

- IT Onboarding & Offboarding

- Multi-site IT Operations & Service Delivery

Required Skills :

- Microsoft Intune | SCCM/MECM | JAMF

- ITIL | ITSM (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Freshservice, Jira SM)

- WSUS | Ivanti | Qualys | Tenable

- CrowdStrike | Microsoft Defender | EDR/XDR | DLP

- Windows 10/11 | macOS | iOS/Android MDM

- Endpoint Management | Patch Management | Vulnerability Remediation

- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
