Required Qualifications :


- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2+ years in a lead or principal role.


- Proven success leading UX initiatives for enterprise SaaS or large-scale web/mobile platforms.


- Strong expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.


- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.


- Experience designing for multi-role systems and complex workflows.


- Strong collaboration and leadership skills capable of influencing design direction across cross-functional teams.


- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate design decisions to executives and stakeholders.


- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and close collaboration with development teams.


- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Define and communicate a unified UX strategy that aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives.


- Plan and oversee user research, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.


- Guide and mentor UX/UI designers, fostering design excellence and consistency across products.


- Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for complex multi-role systems (residents, managers, boards).


- Establish user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that simplify navigation and workflows.


- Lead the creation and governance of a shared design system for web, mobile, and emerging AI interfaces.


- Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure design intent and accessibility standards are upheld through implementation
