Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies to join our team on a 1-year contract. This is a general full-stack development role, ideal for professionals who have worked on end-to-end application development and are comfortable operating in a client-facing, hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Core Java, modern backend frameworks, and frontend technologies such as React or Angular, with solid exposure to RESTful services and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java and frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.

- Implement business logic, validations, and error handling following best coding practices.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React, Angular, or JavaScript.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams (if applicable) to implement frontend designs.

- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.

Database & Data Handling :

- Work with SQL / relational databases for data modeling, queries, and performance tuning.

- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and efficient data access.

End-to-End Application Development :

- Participate in the complete software development lifecyclerequirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the stack.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Client Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with client stakeholders in a hybrid onsite model (3 days/week at client location).

- Participate in discussions, reviews, and requirement clarifications with client teams.

- Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes as per agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must Have :

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Core Java.

- Backend development experience using Spring / Spring Boot (preferred).

- Frontend experience with React or Angular, along with JavaScript.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services.

- Experience working with SQL / relational databases.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred :

- Experience working in client-facing environments.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Immediate to short notice joiners preferred.
