We are seeking an experienced MES Engineer to lead the detailed design and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects, specifically using the Emerson Syncade platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in engaging with customers, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality, compliant MES solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of MES solutions based on Emerson Syncade.

- Interface with customers to gather requirements, conduct solution review workshops, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Perform requirement analysis to develop functional specifications and solution design documents.

- Develop detailed designs using Syncade Recipe Authoring Tool, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL.

- Design and implement efficient SQL databases to support MES functionality.

- Author and configure Syncade Recipes to match pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

- Utilize HTML, XML, VBScript, and other relevant technologies to customize and integrate MES

solutions.

- Ensure solutions comply with GAMP, FDA validation, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.

- Provide support for system testing, validation, and customer training.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 4 - 10 years of total experience in Automation or MES domains.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MES systems.

- Experience with other MES platforms like Rockwell, Werum, Siemens, or ABB is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
