We are hiring an experienced EMC Data Domain Administrator for L3 support in enterprise storage and backup environments.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in EMC storage, backup solutions, and SAN infrastructure, with a focus on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and DR implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 support for storage and backup incidents in production environments

- Manage and administer EMC Data Domain, Networker, and Avamar

- Handle backup configuration, policies, pools, retention, and media management

- Work on SAN environments zoning, LUN masking, provisioning, RAID configuration

- Implement and manage replication technologies : SRDF, RecoverPoint, TimeFinder

- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and microcode updates

- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and BCP activities

- Monitor and optimize storage performance, capacity, and utilization

- Troubleshoot issues across Unix/Linux/Windows environments

- Work with Cisco/Brocade SAN switches (zoning, fabric management)

- Participate in change management and production support processes

Must Have Skills :

- Strong experience in EMC storage : VNX, Symmetrix DMX/VMAX, XtremIO, ScaleIO

- Hands-on expertise in EMC Data Domain, Networker, Avamar

- Experience with SAN replication : SRDF, RecoverPoint, TimeFinder Snap/Clone

- Strong knowledge of Fibre Channel (FC), SAN architecture, zoning, LUN masking

- Experience with Brocade/Cisco SAN switches (CLI)

- Expertise in at least one OS : Linux / Unix (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX) / Windows

- Experience with Veritas Volume Manager, DMP, VxFS, multipathing

Good to Have :

- Experience with Veritas Clustering / RAC / HA solutions

- Exposure to VMware environments

- Shell scripting knowledge

- Experience supporting ERP/Oracle/CRM/Data Warehouse systems
