- Role : Embedded Motor Control Engineer

- Location : Pune

- Experience : 5- 8 Years

- Qualification : Bachelors / masters in electrical or Electronics Engineering

We are looking for a passionate Embedded Motor Control Engineer / Technical Lead with strong experience in embedded systems and motor control algorithms to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement motor control algorithms for BLDC, PMSM, and AC/DC motors

- Design and develop embedded software using Embedded C/C++ and Python

- Work with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN

- Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor test benches

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment

- Analyze and track defects using tools like JIRA

- Support development and testing of embedded automation using Python and pytest.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Embedded C/C++ and Python

- Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC, PMSM)

- Experience with microcontrollers such as STM, XMC, or similar

- Knowledge of embedded architectures and RTOS

- Experience with schematic reading and hardware debugging

- Understanding of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN)
