Role : Embedded Firmware Engineer

Location : Pune

Job Summary :

Embedded base software engineer for R&D projects in automotive/Railway/ Industrial domain.

Required skills :

- Experience candidate in electronics product software development with exposure to all phases of V cycle

- Experienced in firmware development / MCAL / HAL / Board Support Packages

- Experienced in middle layer development for communication protocols based on UART, I2C, Ethernet (IPv4/IPv6), UDP, COAP etc.

- Plans and designs software module(s) / subsystem(s)

- Plans and designs Component test, developers test, unit test

- Protocol stack integration in OS.

- Hands on experience on Embedded development related tools like Eclipse, compilers, debugging, troubleshooting

- Base software development (Driver, abstraction, services)

- Experience in low level driver development (eg. For external modules like ADC, DAC, GPIO driver, Multiplexer)

- Experience in Operating Systems, RTOS

- Hands on Embedded C programming and debugging experience.

- Contributes to program and interface architecture

- Ensures effective software quality testing, by completion of module, subsystem and system test procedures.

- Completes software documentation.

- Contributes on software related functionality reviews.

Good to have :

- Experience in cybersecurity for industrial automation and control systems

- Exposure to Linux environment

- Requirement Engineering Certifications like CPRE

- Understanding of schematics and datasheets
