Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead MEAN Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular 8+, Node.js, SQL Server, Python, and MEAN stack technologies. The candidate will play a critical role in leading development teams, architecting scalable solutions, and driving full-stack application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

- Drive the end-to-end development of applications using MEAN stack (MongoDB, Angular 8+, Node.js).

- Architect and design scalable, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs.

- Oversee SQL Server and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and optimization.

- Utilize Python for backend automation, integrations, and data-driven applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.

- Manage code reviews, technical documentation, and solution delivery.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security across the platform.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Angular 8+, Node.js, MongoDB.

- Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with complex queries, procedures, and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Python for backend services and automation.

- Proven experience in architecting scalable web applications.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices-based architecture.

- Experience in DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma).

- Prior experience in leading large-scale enterprise applications
