Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage and enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of Azure-based cloud infrastructure and production applications.

The role involves monitoring production environments, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, managing Kubernetes deployments, and collaborating with Platform Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities :

- Manage, monitor, and support Azure-based cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes.

- Monitor production environments, investigate application and infrastructure issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.

- Analyze logs, metrics, alerts, and system performance data to identify anomalies and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA).

- Collaborate with Platform Engineering and DevOps teams to maintain reliable production environments and improve operational efficiency.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enable smooth and reliable releases.

- Identify recurring incidents, implement corrective and preventive measures, and improve system stability.

- Contribute to operational automation, monitoring, and observability practices to enhance service reliability.

Requirements :

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.

- Experience with Kubernetes deployments, scaling, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, application availability, and infrastructure reliability.

- Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, metrics, alerting, and root-cause analysis.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment practices.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and application development teams.
