Description :

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist with proven expertise in IP warming to manage and optimize our email infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing IP warming strategies to improve inbox placement and sender reputation, ensuring high deliverability rates for our email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute IP warming plans for new or dedicated IP addresses.

- Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, spam complaints, and engagement metrics.

- Set up and manage email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

- Work closely with development and marketing teams to ensure best practices in email sending.

- Identify deliverability issues and take corrective action.

- Stay updated with ISP policies, spam filtering technologies, and email industry trends.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with IP warming and email deliverability.

- Hands-on experience with ESPs (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, or similar).

- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

- Experience with tools like Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox, SNDS, etc.

- Analytical skills to interpret deliverability metrics and suggest improvements.

- Ability to troubleshoot blacklisting issues and coordinate delisting procedures.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with email validation tools and suppression list management.

- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email compliance laws.
