Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Golang Support Engineers (L3/L4) with strong expertise in AWS systems operations and Go-based applications.

The role involves supporting and stabilizing high-availability production environments, ensuring system reliability, and handling critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure high system reliability, availability, and performance

- Monitor and manage production environments

- Handle production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA)

- Build and maintain Go-based automation tools

- Implement error handling, retries, and backoff mechanisms

- Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to improve system stability

- Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Golang production support (L3/L4)

- Hands-on experience with AWS systems operations (certification preferred)

- Expertise in Go APIs, SDK v2, and unit testing

- Experience in SRE / Production Support / Application Support

- Knowledge of monitoring and tracing tools such as CloudWatch, X-Ray, Distributed Tracing, Log Insights, and Splunk

- Strong understanding of automation and reliability engineering principles

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS certification

- Experience working in high-availability, large-scale production environments
