Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle, with a focus on enterprise-level application development, maintenance, and support.

This is a W2 position requiring a deep commitment to high-quality code and robust system architecture while working effectively in a distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for a comprehensive set of development activities, including :

Development and Enhancement: Leading the development and enhancement of complex enterprise applications based on established design specifications and architectural guidelines.

Full Lifecycle Management: Performing analysis, design, coding, component/assembly testing, and implementation for all application code owned by the Application Team.

Configuration Management: Implementing and managing configuration changes to software applications to meet both evolving functional and technical requirements.

Technical Implementation: Expertise in writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, database interaction, design, programming, testing, and implementation.

Workflow and Process Improvement: Analyzing and implementing Workflow Modifications to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough Unit Testing of applications and contributing to the development of comprehensive system and user documentation.

Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing application maintenance and effective production support to ensure system stability and performance.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical and user documentation, and managing software conversions.

Required Technical Skills :

Candidates must possess significant, verifiable experience with the following technologies:

- Java Development (8+ Years): Expert-level proficiency in core and enterprise Java (e.g , Spring/Spring Boot, JEE) and modern development frameworks.

SQL Server :

- Strong command of T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, performance tuning, and database design.

- SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services): Proven ability to design, develop, deploy, and manage reports using SSRS.

Workflow Modifications :

- Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing changes to software application workflows and business processes.
