Position Overview :

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Software Developer Lead who can energize and guide a team of brilliant engineers while driving rapid, high-quality product development using AI and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack development

- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for EDMO's product portfolio

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence

- Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelines

- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams

- Guide technical hiring and team scaling decisions

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards

- Lead technical discussions with university clients and stakeholders

- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and development methodologies

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles

Must have : Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams

Must have : Experience energizing and motivating senior engineers to achieve exceptional results

- Strong technical background in multiple domains (AI/ML, web development, cloud platforms)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices

- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience with performance management, career development, and team building

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications :

Skills Required :

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in development.
