Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer with 58 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end EDI application and production support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in EDI integrations, incident management, production support, and troubleshooting across various EDI transactions and integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end EDI application and production support.

- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.

- Resolve production incidents within SLA and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

- Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping/configuration changes.

- Handle service requests, change requests, and deployment support.

- Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs.

- Coordinate with business users, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

- Maintain support documentation and participate in on-call support.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in EDI production/application support.

- Experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)/Sterling B2B Integrator, Seeburger, Axway, or similar EDI platforms.

- Strong knowledge of EDI standards : X12, EDIFACT, and XML.

- Experience with EDI transactions : 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945.

- Knowledge of EDI mapping and communication protocols : AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.

- Basic knowledge of Business Processes (BP) in IBM Sterling.

- Experience with Server Patching, Server Restarts, Production Certificate Setup, and Lightwell.

- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux/Unix for troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in a 247 production support environment.

- ITIL certification or knowledge.

- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms.
