Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.

- Hands-on experience in Struts framework.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Experience :

- 6-10 years of professional experience in software development with deep understanding of Project life cycle activities in development and maintenance projects.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Struts framework.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Additional Responsibilities :

- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals

- Knowledge of Testing tools

- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes

- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements

- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
