About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and Tailwind CSS to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills, production-level frontend architecture experience, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and accessible code.

The role requires deep understanding of frontend performance, state management, asynchronous behavior, UI scalability, and modern frontend best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript

- Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6+ concepts

- Experience with Redux Toolkit and state management

- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Experience handling async operations, race conditions, and API integrations

- Understanding of React hooks, closures, memoization, and performance optimization

- Knowledge of frontend architecture and scalable component design

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, semantic HTML)

- Experience with reusable component development and responsive UI design

- Understanding of TypeScript strict typing and generics

- Experience with code reviews and production-quality coding standards

- Knowledge of frontend security practices including XSS prevention

- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and code splitting

- Understanding of Redux selectors and memoization using createSelector

- Experience working with REST APIs
