- Architecture & Design : Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Best Practices : Promote and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 5-8 years of professional experience in software development (Backend

and Frontend).

- Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python, Go and its libraries.

- Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Knowledge of Helm Charts, Containers and Kubernetes.

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
