Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into business rules using IBM ODM Decision Center / Decision Server.

- Develop rule artifacts, including :

1. Decision tables

2. Rule flows

3. BOM/XOM models

4. Decision services

- Write, test, debug, and maintain rule applications with appropriate versioning.

- Collaborate closely with the US lead to align technical solutions with business expectations.

- Perform unit testing, regression testing, and handle production support fixes.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

Requirements :

- 4- 9 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years in IBM ODM.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Decision Center

2. Rule Execution Server (RES)

3. Decision Validation Services (DVS)

4. BOM/XOM modeling

- Experience integrating ODM with :

1. Java applications

2. Databases

3. APIs

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for ODM deployments.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
