Dynatrace / Splunk Observability Engineer

Role Summary:

Enable end-to-end observability across applications, infrastructure, and business services.

Experience:

7+ years of strong observability implementation experience in large enterprise estates with production operations focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement monitoring (APM, infra, logs)

- Configure alerts, dashboards, anomaly detection

- Integrate observability tools with ServiceNow ITOM

- Optimize alert noise and improve signal quality

Required Skills:

- Dynatrace or Splunk expertise (preferably both)

- Log, metric, and trace analysis

- Experience with alert tuning and observability design

- Banking/large enterprise experience preferred
