Qualification : B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Full Stack Developers across technologies (PHP, Python) with strong hands-on experience in React.js.

- Apply excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Drive projects in the Healthcare Domain with deep knowledge and expertise.

- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities, building effective professional relationships

with staff and clients.

- Handle enterprise-level projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.

- Define project requirements, develop work schedules, and manage timelines effectively.

- Delegate tasks strategically while ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are achieved.

- Inspire, motivate, and guide the team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience :

- 5+ years of development experience in full-stack technologies.

- 2+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager.
