DXC - .Net Core Full Stack Lead - ASP/MVC

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong .NET Core Full Stack Lead to architect, develop, and lead end-to-end application development using modern .NET and front-end technologies. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global clients.
You will work on enterprise-grade applications involving .NET 6.0/8.0, Microservices, Azure services, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular 14+) in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using .NET and Angular.

- Provide architectural direction and hands-on development in backend services and front-end integration.

- Review technical designs, code, and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.

- Develop robust and secure APIs using ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Microservices architecture.

- Work on data access layers using Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and optimize database queries (SQL Server).

- Build modern, responsive UI using Angular 14+ and implement Angular MFE (Micro Frontend Architecture) when needed.

- Design and implement Azure-native solutions including :

1. Azure Functions

2. Azure Logic Apps

3. Azure Service Bus (Topic/Subscription)

4. Application Insights

5. Azure Alerts and Monitoring

- Ensure applications are scalable, resilient, and secure on the Azure platform.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate builds, testing, deployments, and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines.

- Contribute to observability by configuring logging, telemetry, and performance monitoring.

- Serve as a key technical point of contact for clients, engaging in requirement discussions and solution demonstrations.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and support upskilling within the team.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
