Role Overview.

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with strong WPF expertise to design and build rich, high-performance desktop applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with WPF development and will collaborate closely with backend, QA, and UX teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop WPF-based desktop applications with clean, intuitive UI and responsive performance.

- Implement MVVM architecture, including data binding, styles, and reusable UI components.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and business logic.

- Ensure high standards of usability, performance, and maintainability.

- Guide and mentor junior developers on WPF best practices and UI standards.

- Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in WPF development.

- Strong expertise in WPF, XAML, MVVM, data binding, and UI performance optimization.

- Experience integrating WPF applications with backend services/APIs.

- Solid understanding of desktop application architecture and design patterns.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise desktop applications.

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for desktop applications.

- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
