- 4+ years of experience in Duck Creek Billing Center development.

- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Author, ManuScript, and Billing Configuration Tools.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and XML.

- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).

- Understanding of insurance billing processes and industry best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Duck Creek Billing Center applications using Duck Creek Author, ManuScript, and Billing Configuration Tools.

- Design, configure, and implement billing solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Build and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Utilize C#, .NET, and XML technologies to customize and extend Duck Creek applications.

- Manage and optimize relational database operations using SQL Server or Oracle databases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the billing system promptly.

- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with Duck Creek product enhancements, industry trends, and insurance billing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Duck Creek Billing certification (if applicable).

- Experience in other Duck Creek modules (Policy Center, Claims Center).
