Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Bengaluru.

The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs.

The Technical Manager will also support the maintenance of existing systems and solutions to ensure they align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications :

- Strong technical background in software development, including proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or .NET.

- Experience with Data & Analytics, and Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.

- Good understanding of Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software and enterprise solution architecture.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in the tech consulting industry is a plus.
